What can we do to help you
Step 1: Place all your clothes in a bag
When placing the order for the first time, you may use any bag. Your bag will be returned, and your clean clothes will be brought back in an WashClo Laundry bag ready to use for future orders
Step 2: Get ready for pick-up
Place your bag(s) at the pick-up and drop off location at least 30 minutes before scheduled pick-up as our driver may arrive ahead of schedule
Our turnaround time for most items is one business day. We pick up and deliver on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Pick-up and deliveries will generally be made between 8:00AM and 5:00PM
You have an option to select brands and scented or unscented products. For babies and individuals with sensitive skin, we recommend using unscented products.
Please include details in the special instructions section on the order page. We will contact you if there are any issues with accommodating your request
We do not currently offer dry cleaning but have plans to offer the service as our business grows. We will keep our customers posted!
